| L type shrink packaging machine which uses roll-fed thermoplastic film folded in half along its length. A product or group of products are placed between the two halves of film. The film is then sealed and cut off around the product with an L shaped sealing bar. The pack is then passed through a heated tunnel to shrink the film around the product to produce a tightly enclosed pack. Widely used for wrapping books, video tapes, floppy disks, foodstuffs such as dried fish, boxed products, etc.
