| A shrink packaging machine in which thermoplastic film is wrapped around a package or group of packages as it moves between two rolls of web that have had the ends welded together. After the package has completely passed between the web rolls, a set of I shaped sealing bars push the trailing webs together, apply heat to seal the webs together and cut it free. The pack is then passed through a heated tunnel to shrink the film around the product to produce tightly bundled pack. Widely used for packaging a group of boxes containing foodstuffs or sundry goods, or a group of PET bottles with tray or paper containers for beverage.
